Network & quality
The details technical buyers check first
Codecs, transport, auth and failover. Full detail on the network page.
Codecs
- G.711 a/µ64 kbps · PSTN-native, no transcoding
- G.7298 kbps · bandwidth-constrained sites
- G.722HD voice where both ends support it
- OpusWhere supported by the destination leg
- T.38Fax relay with G.711 fallback
SRTP + TLS
Encrypted signalling on 5061 and SRTP media. Plain UDP/TCP 5060 stays available.
IP auth + digest auth
Whitelist signalling IPs, register with credentials, or use both on one account.
Multi-carrier failover
Each destination has more than one upstream. A 503 or timeout reroutes, not drops.
ASR / ACD reporting
Per destination, per tier, per hour. Spot a degrading route before your agents do.
Real-time CDRs
Every call record lands within seconds: duration, cause code, PDD, cost.
STIR/SHAKEN
Signed calls into US networks on supported routes, with attestation shown on the CDR.
Built for
Who routes traffic through SIPTrunkHub
| Who | The problem | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Call centres | Answer rates drop when caller ID shows as unknown or spam. | Premium CLI routes deliver a valid, dialable number, and you can present local DIDs per campaign. |
| BPOs | Clients in five countries, five carriers, five invoices. | One prepaid balance, separate techprefixes per client, CDRs you can split by prefix. |
| PBX resellers | You need trunks you can rebrand without a monthly commitment. | Sub-accounts, white-label options and no minimum spend beyond the $200 top-up. |
| Dialer platforms | CPS limits and short-duration penalties hit predictive dialers first. | CPS agreed upfront per route, and the acceptable use rules spelled out before you send traffic. |
| ITSPs | Single upstream means a single point of failure. | Add us as a second or third carrier, with LCR-friendly rate sheets and ASR/ACD per destination. |

FAQ
Straight answers
More in the full FAQ.
What is the minimum to get started?
A $200 prepaid top-up. There is no setup fee and no monthly contract. The balance is used per call at the rate of the route you send traffic to.
What is the difference between CLI and non-CLI routes?
A CLI route delivers your caller ID to the called party intact. A non-CLI route may replace or drop it. CLI routes cost more and usually have higher answer rates; non-CLI routes suit traffic where caller ID does not matter.
Do you support IP authentication and registration?
Yes. You can whitelist your public signalling IPs, register with a username and password (digest auth), or use both on the same account.
Which codecs do you support?
G.711 a-law and µ-law, G.729 and G.722, plus Opus where the destination leg supports it. T.38 is available for fax with G.711 fallback.
How is billing calculated?
Each route has a billing increment such as 1/1, 6/6 or 60/60. The first number is the minimum billed seconds, the second is the step after that. The increment is listed on every line of the rate sheet.
Can I get DID numbers in other countries?
Yes. Geographic, national, mobile and toll-free numbers are available in many countries. Some require proof of address or identity before activation; each country page states the current KYC status.
What traffic do you not accept?
Spam, unsolicited robocalls, spoofed caller ID, and any fraudulent traffic. The acceptable use policy sets out the rules, and accounts that break them are suspended.
How do I reach support?
Email noc@siptrunkhub.com for technical issues, 24/7. Sales questions go to sales@siptrunkhub.com and billing to billing@siptrunkhub.com.
