Wholesale termination

Wholesale VoIP Termination, A–Z

Voice termination for ITSPs, wholesalers and dialer platforms. Separate CLI and non-CLI tiers on their own techprefixes, per-destination ASR and ACD, and rate sheets you can load straight into your switch.

Route tiers

Three tiers, priced and routed separately

Send each traffic type to the tier it belongs on. Details on the CLI routes page.

Onboarding

From first email to live traffic

  1. 01

    Send your details

Signalling IPs, destinations, expected CPS and concurrent calls to [email protected].
  2. 02

    Account and techprefixes

We whitelist your IPs, issue a techprefix per tier and send the current rate sheet.
  3. 03

    Top up and test

Top up from $200 and send test calls. Check CLI delivery and audio on the destinations you care about.
  4. 04

    Scale

Ramp traffic. Ask for a higher CPS or channel limit once the routes perform for your traffic.

Quality metrics

Judge routes by numbers, not promises

Every metric is computed from your own CDRs. The formulas are explained in ASR and ACD explained.

  • ASR

answered ÷ attempts. How often calls connect.
  • ACD

total minutes ÷ answered. Very short ACD can point to false answer.
  • PDD

Time from INVITE to ringback. A long PDD makes callers hang up before the call rings.
  • NER

Network effectiveness: ASR with user-busy and no-answer counted as successful network outcomes.

FAQ

Wholesale questions

Do you require a minimum volume?

No volume commitment. The account is prepaid with a $200 minimum top-up. Larger traffic is welcome; tell sales your expected minutes and CPS so the account is sized correctly.

How do I select a route tier?

Each tier has its own techprefix. Prepend it to the dialled number in your switch, for example a tier prefix followed by the full E.164 number. Prefixes are issued with your account.

How are rate changes communicated?

Rate changes are emailed to your account contact as an updated rate sheet with an effective date before they apply. The notice period is set out in your terms.

Can I get a test window before topping up a large amount?

Yes. Start with the minimum top-up, send test traffic to your key destinations and review ASR, ACD and PDD in the CDRs before scaling up.

Do you buy traffic as well as sell it?

Carrier partnerships, including bilateral arrangements, are handled by the partnerships team at [email protected].
