SIP Trunk Finland — +358 Termination & DID Numbers
Finland is one of the strictest countries on spoofing: Traficom requires operators to block calls from abroad that present a Finnish CLI without authorisation. Calls into Finland should show a Finnish number you actually hold or an honest international number.
Overview
Routing calls to Finland
Whether you are calling a desk phone in Helsinki or a mobile in Tampere, Turku and Oulu, the call is routed by the longest matching +358 prefix and sent to the best-performing carrier for that range. When a carrier fails, the next one takes over, and the CDR shows exactly which leg carried the call.
Traficom sets the Finland numbering plan, and our prefix tables follow it closely. Supported number types: geographic, national, mobile and toll-free. Inside the country, numbers are dialled with a 0 trunk prefix. Strip it before you send the call, and send 358 followed by the national number.
Outbound termination to Finland starts as soon as your balance is topped up. Local DIDs are different: Traficom rules usually require address and identity documents, which our team collects and checks before activation.
