SIP Trunk Malaysia — +60 Termination & DID Numbers
Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya host regional shared-service centres that support customers in English, Malay, Mandarin and other Asian languages. Mobiles start with 01, and 1-800 numbers give a single nationwide toll-free point of contact.
Overview
Routing calls to Malaysia
Calling windows matter: Malaysia runs on Kuala Lumpur time, and we route +60 calls for Kuala Lumpur, George Town and Johor Bahru, Ipoh and Kota Kinabalu across several carriers so a peak-hour congestion event on one network does not take your campaign down.
MCMC sets the Malaysia numbering plan, and our prefix tables follow it closely. Supported number types: geographic, mobile and toll-free. Inside the country, numbers are dialled with a 0 trunk prefix. Strip it before you send the call, and send 60 followed by the national number.
Outbound termination to Malaysia starts as soon as your balance is topped up. Local DIDs are different: MCMC rules usually require address and identity documents, which our team collects and checks before activation.
