Terms of Service

SIPTrunkHub provides SIP trunking, wholesale voice termination, CLI and non-CLI routes, and DID and toll-free numbers (the Services) to business customers. Coverage, route tiers and number availability vary by destination and may change.

• The Services are for businesses only. You confirm you are acting for a business.
• You must give accurate company and contact details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for all traffic sent through your account, including traffic from compromised equipment.
• Keep SIP credentials secret and your PBX secured. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Accounts are prepaid. The minimum top-up is $200. Calls and number fees are deducted from your balance at the rates and billing increments in effect when the call is made.

When the balance reaches zero, new calls are rejected and calls in progress may be disconnected. Rates can change; we will notify rate changes to your account contacts in advance [notice period to confirm]. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

You must follow the acceptable use policy and all laws that apply to your calls, including caller ID, telemarketing and data protection rules in each destination. We may suspend traffic or accounts that breach it.

DID and toll-free numbers are assigned to you for as long as your account is in good standing and the number fees are paid. Numbers remain subject to the rules of the national regulator, which may require identity documents or a local address. We may have to withdraw a number if a regulator or upstream operator requires it.

We work to keep routes available and of good quality, but voice over the internet depends on networks we do not control. The Services are provided without a guaranteed availability level unless one is agreed in writing.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [period to confirm] before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by fraud on your equipment.

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, non-payment, or where required by law or a regulator.
