How prepaid works

Your balance is your credit limit

  1. 01

    Top up

Add $200 or more by USDT, BTC or card.
  2. 02

    Send traffic

Each answered call is rated by destination prefix and route tier.
  3. 03

    Balance drops per call

Real-time CDRs show cost per call as it ends.
  4. 04

    Top up again

Set a low-balance alert. Calls stop if the balance runs out, so you never owe us money.

Balance policy (to be confirmed): unused balance does not expire unless the account has been inactive for 12 months. Details in the refund policy.

Payment methods

Three ways to pay

Payment details and invoices from [email protected].

  • USDT (TRC20)

Stablecoin on the Tron network. Send only on TRC20 to the address issued for your account.
  • Bitcoin (BTC)

On-chain BTC. Credited after network confirmation.
  • Card

Visa and Mastercard top-ups for accounts that prefer card billing.

What sets the price

Four things decide the rate per minute

That is why we send a rate sheet instead of one headline number.

  • Destination

The country and the dialled prefix. Rates are set per prefix.
  • CLI or non-CLI

Premium CLI costs more than non-CLI. See CLI routes.
  • Mobile or fixed

Calls to mobiles usually cost more than calls to fixed lines.
  • Billing increment

How the duration is rounded. Explained below.

Billing increments

What 1/1, 6/6 and 60/60 mean

The first number is the minimum billed seconds. The second is the step size after that minimum.

Billed seconds for a 47-second and a 75-second call under each increment
IncrementRule47 s call bills75 s call bills
1/11 s minimum, then per second47 s75 s
6/66 s minimum, then 6 s steps48 s78 s
30/630 s minimum, then 6 s steps48 s78 s
60/6060 s minimum, then whole minutes60 s120 s

Worked example

A 75-second call on a 60/60 route bills 120 seconds, which is two minutes. On a 6/6 route it bills 78 seconds: the first 6 seconds, then 12 more steps of 6. Cost is billed seconds ÷ 60 × rate per minute.

Why it matters

Short calls are where increments bite. Dialer traffic with many 10 to 20 second calls costs far more on 60/60 than on 1/1 or 6/6 at the same headline rate.

FAQ

Billing questions

What is the minimum top-up?

$200 per top-up. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract.

Does my balance expire?

Unused balance does not expire while the account is active. Our current policy is that an account with no traffic for 12 months may be closed; the exact rule is set out in the refund policy and terms and is being confirmed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

USDT on the TRC20 network, Bitcoin (BTC) and card payments. Email billing for an invoice or payment details.

What happens when my balance runs out?

New calls are rejected once the balance cannot cover them. Set a low-balance alert in the portal and top up before you reach zero.

Can I get a refund of unused balance?

Refunds of unused prepaid balance follow the refund policy. Email [email protected] with the account ID.

Do you charge for failed or unanswered calls?

No. Only answered calls are billed, based on the duration and billing increment of the route.
